Before my car went into service for an oil change the service representative explained to me that it would be 1 1/2 hr wait this was at approximately 3:05pm I did not recieve my vehicle until approximate service representative explained to me that it would be 1 1/2 hr wait this was at approximately 3:05pm I did not recieve my vehicle until approximately 6pm. I was shocked but understood and remained patient. I came back to the representative exactly 1 1/2 4:35pm and the representative said "their is 2 cars ahead of my car to be serviced". I was upset and still am upset because if you tell me that this service will take 1 1/2 hr then I'm expected to wait for that time period anything over said time it's on you. Going Forward I will take my vehicle to another service location. More
