You had my car for over 24 hours before it was ever even

Over the last two years the sound has gone out and come back several times. The bulletin acknowledge that this happens intermittently and that amp needs to be replaced. However, it was miraculously working again when I came to pick it up and no work was done. There's a temporary fix that involves pulling this fuse to reset it. I am certain that's what your technician did so that you didn't have to actually replace the amp like you're supposed to. I brought up the service bulletin with Edwin when I first got there he didn't pull it up. He didn't review it with me. He didn't talk to me about it at all. Every other dealership I have dealt with reviews service bulletins with me, especially when I'm identifying that the issue in the bulletin is specifically what's going on. He was more interested in justifying the asinine diagnostic fees (see below). The amp should've been replaced and you guys are trying to kick the can down the road so it's out of warranty and you don't have to do the work. I will never take my car to your dealership again for any service. I have another item that is likely under warranty and I'm gonna take it to the dealership in Ocala to have it done because this was an absolutely awful experience with your worthless dealership. It is sad that all the good ratings on Google for you guys ate about the sales side and every 1 star review is about service.
I should also add that charging a diagnostic fee for every possible issue the customer identifies and only waving it if the work to be done is covered under warranty is a poor business practice that is outside the norm. One diagnostic fee to look at the car that is waived if you do the work, whether it’s warranty work or not, would be much more typical.
Finally, after 24 hours of hearing nothing about my car, I revoke authorization to perform any diagnostics or work on my car except for the amp. Yet I was still charged for the oil change. However, there is no indication it was actually done, as there is no sticker in the car, and you weren’t authorized to do it. As clearly dishonest as you are I wouldn’t be surprised if I was charged for something that was never done.

Got a warm welcome and quick recall service on my

Two days later, my 9 month old Diehard battery is dead and the hood to my Santa Fe is broken, none of the fluids they said they filled were filled and basically, my car was in far worse shape when I got it back than when I left it.
I got back to Parks for assistance and got a huge run around. Said battery was bad and it would cost $500+to fix. They did top off the fluids that they didn't do in the first place but no offer whatsoever to fix the military discount.
I immediately went to AutoZone where I got the battery and it tested great. It needed a shim for the battery casing because that too got broken at Parks. Five minutes and $5. All fixed. Parks Hyundai will never touch my car again.
