Since the day that I first saw him, I have noted that he is ALWAYS on task, multi tasking, collaborative, focused, well groomed, articulate, intelligent, and so very helpful. I have had a couple of concerns with the service department in the past and he has instantly resolved this and given me the assurance that I can depend on him. On today I had the absolute best experience in purchasing my new car. I actually met two new friends. I had a wonderful meeting and exchange with the salesmen. I let him know up front what features I was interested in on the car and the price I wanted to pay. Ehab worked hard to fulfill my requests without the awkward push for services that I was not interested in. Of course, he informed us of the additional options that were available, but if we gave a hard no, he left it at that, no pressure. I shopped around quite a bit and was in contact with many dealers in the area. Ultimately, the final decision to buy at Gerald Naperville was due to Ehab's upfront and honest approach.
