Hector is very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. He's not at all pushy. Definitely the kind of guy I could sit down with for a cup of coffee. Tut made the financing quick and understandable. He made it look easy. And he too is a great, friendly guy. We'll be back for a 4th visit when I need a new truck! More

But that is exactly how I found my experience to be at Five Star Ford. As a woman buying a vehicle on her own, Alfred El-Darazi was personable, friendly and informative. I shopped around at other dealerships and was confronted with salesmen who were condescending and rude. Alfred listened to what I had to say and helped me get into the 2014 Ford Escape that I wanted. I appreciate his happy and helpful demeanor and found working with Alfred to actually be a joy. I definitely recommend Five Star Ford and I suggest that you ask specifically for Alfred El-Darazi for terrific service. More

Our salesperson, Alfred, was very helpful in helping us to pick out a vehicle according to this criteria. He was very patient in showing options that would fit our needs and our budget. He was also very knowledgeable about the features of each of the vehicles he chose for us to decide on, and at no time tried to pressure us into buying any one particular vehicle. We would definitely recommend that anybody looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, ask for Alfred. After settling on the vehicle we felt would best fit our needs, we were directed to Tut Edwards in finance. Tut did an outstanding job of fully explaining the vehicle pricing and additional options for us to consider. Just as Alfred had been, Tut made every effort to leave every decision up to us. We were never pressured into purchasing additional items that would unnecessarily drive up the price of our vehicle. We walked out (after signing our paperwork, of course) confident in our purchase and very pleased with the entire experience! More

From the moment we walked onto the lot and Jim Fairweather greeted us our shopping experience just got better and better. We actually had no intention of buying a vehicle on this day, but because of the superb salesmanship of Jim we walked away with a nearly new vehicle. Jim was considerate, listened to our list of needs, and didn't bother us with vehicles that were not in our "range". This was a refreshing experience. His knowledge of his product was outstanding and he pointed out advantages for us, (as older buyers) that most would have just left out. Once we had decided to buy we were taken to "Tut". What a great man. He gave us so many options, and explained each one completely. His knowledge of finance was excellent, and he took the time to take us through the different services offered and the advantages/disadvantages as they related to "us". We have recommended this dealership to all our friends and family. These people and this dealership provided the absolute BEST experience we have ever had in buying a vehicle. More

Not only did he stay late on a Saturday night, he drove 75 miles round trip to bring us the exact car we wanted. He even went next door to get some straws for our drinks. All of our questions were answered and we never once felt pressured to make a purchase. The price was competitive with the best offer from other dealerships and stayed exactly what was originally quoted without any hidden fees or charges. From the first moment we felt that the whole Five Star team were serving us as a long-term customer, not just a quick deal to make a few bucks. More
