The team at Five Star Ford was completely the opposite. Wayne Biggers understood our need for space while we looked around and when we was ready he was nearby for all our questions. The Tutman experience was well beyond any experience I've ever had at any dealership. I could tell he was really there for us. And the sync class by Jimmie Mathews was very through and answered questions I didn't even know I had. Overall it was a very memorable experience and look forward to returning. More

He took the time to answer all of my many questions as well as giving me important information I had not thought to ask. Elbert (Tut) was my finance person and he was also very thorough and took his time answering my questions. He was very patient. Both of these young men know their stuff and are greatly appreciated. This was my first time actually buying a brand new car. Five Star Ford is the place to go! * The reason for not giving 5/5 was related to the first sales person I was put with (we did not get along) but that was quickly remedied and I felt well taken care of with Carlos and Tut. Carlos also called a few days later to see if I had any further questions. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had. I just went in to trade in my Explorer and was looking at getting a Focus to downsize. I ended up getting a Fusion for about the same money I was goi I just went in to trade in my Explorer and was looking at getting a Focus to downsize. I ended up getting a Fusion for about the same money I was going to spend on the Focus, but it is a much better fit for my needs. Jim Rich was awesome to work with. The whole process only took a few hours. In the past, it would be an entire day spent at the dealership, but this time, it was only about 2 hours and we were done with everything, and I got a car I love for a great price. More
