It was like finding a pleasant oasis in a mean and hostile desert. Mr. Melvin Seibel, our sales person, was the most knowledgeable and pleasant sales person we have ever met. He was very straight forward with us and explained the purchase process in detail. After we selected the Edge we wanted, he explained in detail its many features to our satisfaction. So one day I decided to call and I spoke to Doreen Parker and I told her what we were looking for. She listened to what we said and was very helpful answering all our questions. She got us exactly what we asked for , nothing more , nothing less. We were in shock as to how easy and pleasant it was. Doreen is a very friendly and down to earth person. Tut Edwards made sure everything as far as the paperwork was in order and answered any questions that we had. We were so glad to have had the pleasure of meeting these two wonderful people. Me and my husband were so impressed by everyone that we are now only doing any future business with 5 Star Ford, Not only did we do business with this dealership but we honestly feel like we've gained some friends. Excelleant Customer Service This was our second vehicle purchase from 5 Star Ford and salesman Alfred El-Darazi. We contacted Alfred the day before and set up a time to come in This was our second vehicle purchase from 5 Star Ford and salesman Alfred El-Darazi. We contacted Alfred the day before and set up a time to come in and look. He had 3 vehicles lined up for us to look at when we arrived based on what we had told him the day before. While test driving he took our car and had trade-in value stabled so were ready to sit down and work out our deal on the new car. Our deal was done and off to finance in less than an hour. Our "Tutman Experience" was excellent. We were in and our of there within 30 minutes and off in our new vehicle. We cant say enough good things about this dealership. You will never find another salesman like Alfred El-Darazi! He has the customer skills that I wish everyone would adopt!! We highly recommend this dealership, Alfred and Tut to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More

Easiest Vehicle that I have ever purchased! Jim Rich was my salesman. He is straight as an arrow. I did it all via email and never was called or pressured. I went to see the finance manager, Tut Edwards. My guard was up for being pressured to buy something at an over inflated price. I could not have been more wrong about this "high energy" guy. No pressure to buy anything. He did assist me on buying gap insurance and it was a better deal than I could have found anywhere. These guys will change your mind about car buying being painful. More
