Tut faced some challenges with the financing due to my trade-in situation, but was able to work through the issue with a good end result and remained customer focused throughout the process. My only constructive feedback is that some of the other salesmen were very loud and distracting on the showroom floor. Also, the overall process took a long time to complete. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership and Randall to others. More

On that day, I visited 4 different dealerships looking for the right fit for me (both the truck and the dealership). I felt like Goldilocks looking for one that was just right. None of them gave me the warm, fuzzy, I want to buy a truck from them feeling until 5 Star. When I walked into 5 Star Ford, I knew I had found the right place. From the moment I opened the door to waving goodbye as I drove away in my new truck, it was an amazing experience. It took me a little while to come down from basking in the glory of the BEST auto buying experience EVER to write this review! I dealt primarily with Juan Hernandez. What an awesome salesman! He answered all my questions, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire buying experience. (He also stayed past closing to make sure I was taken care of before leaving). After choosing the truck for me, it was on to the finance manager. Tut Edwards made sure everything was in order, and took care of the money side in record time. I feel privileged to have been part of the "Tutman Experience". He was awesome! Talked me through the entire process and made it a fun and personable experience. I know 5 Star Ford is lucky to have these two, but, I feel that I am the lucky one! Thanks Juan and Tut for making this so easy and fun. I have found my dealership and my people at 5 Star Ford for all my future auto needs. I have told everyone I know if they are looking for a new vehicle and the BEST service around, just stop in to see Juan and then enjoy the "Tutman Experience", and they will never look at car buying the same way again! I can't thank you enough Juan and Tut! And I will be back :) Amy Boston More

Justin and I were in communications all week, we had everything worked out in the first day but I could not get to the dealership till the end of the week and Justin could have very easily wrote me off but he didn't. Tut Edwards was the finance guy that I worked with, "The Tutman Experience" speaks for itself, very knowledgeable of his job and made me feel at home. there is a very good vibe in the dealership, lots of smiles on employees and customers. I was told several times welcome to the Five Star Ford family, thanks guys. More
