I visited several dealerships and had the choice to purchase from everyone because I was paying cash. I did not like their approach. Josh exceeded all my expectations. I work long hours so therefore couldnt afford to take off to search for the car I wanted. Josh made a point to bring the car to me to test drive. No other salesman offered. He also held the car for me because he trust that I would return 3 days later. I even offered to give a check to hold the car for me. Everyone else told me they could not hold the car for me. Painless for us first timers. My wife and I were anti dealership from the start. We looked at Ebay and craigslist but we found that too many people were not open and honest about t My wife and I were anti dealership from the start. We looked at Ebay and craigslist but we found that too many people were not open and honest about their vehicles or were just plain mis-listing them. So we found a deal on craigslist from Five Star Ford. The price was so low we thought that it was just another bait and switch. Also we thought it had to be some small little dealership with some "hidden" issues. Well neither of those were the case. We pulled up and thought "are we in the right place?". It is a huge dealership where they open the door for you and don't even try to pressure you into buying the vehicle. They gave us time to drive and decide. We didn't want to be "sold" and weren't. We were treated with respect and courtesy. A truly painless experience. I would highly recommend Aaron Dias and Elbert Edwards to anyone that I wanted to have a wonderful car buying experience. More
