After I selected a vehicle, I was disappointed to find it needed over $1,400 in brake repairs shortly after the purchase. Additionally, the vehicle detailing was subpar and did not reflect the quality I expected from a dealership. On top of that, I had already secured pre-approval through my own financing, yet the finance department still submitted my application to lenders I explicitly asked them not to use. This was frustrating and completely disregarded my instructions. Overall, I was not pleased with the experience due to the rushed and pressured atmosphere, disregard for my financing preferences, and post-sale mechanical and cosmetic issues. More
