It is the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I have never been lied to before to get a car sold. I bought a car on Tuesday. I was promised by Friday I would have a registration the sale vehicle. I have never been lied to before to get a car sold. I bought a car on Tuesday. I was promised by Friday I would have a registration the salesman. Eric lied to me saying that it took this insurance company two days to get to them when I have confirmation from the insurance company that it was sent out Wednesday Morning back to them. I was there today on Friday and I was told I should have it by the end of the day and I was also told by Tyler when I bought the car that I would have it by Friday his words were how does Friday sound? I said OK The worst experience ever. The only one that I even trusted that dealership would be Adam Green at least he’s honest I will never tell anybody to buy a vehicle there ever again and I am sorry I did. I only hope it to service department is much better than your sales department to be Frank I wish I could just reverse the whole deal. You have nothing to do with these people. I am so disappointed and I like the car imagine that I’m not asking for compensation for all the screw ups the misleading, and the out out lying to my face. That is not what this is about. It’s about customer service that was not given to me and not even extended to me. Have a nice day. I hope the service department is better. More

I purchased a Patterson in sales, enough. I am a second-time buyer from this dealership and they always make the experience so easy and stress-free. I purchased a 2025 Outback recently and Shea was so helpful, communicative, and friendly throughout the whole process. I also appreciated that he was so willing to order the exact trim and specs I wanted. Would absolutely recommend him and Granite Subaru to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience! More

The on-line manager was extremely helpful, but it seemed like the dealership wasn’t on the same page. We had a difficult time securing the deal that was quoted on-line. Getting the paperwork to have the c like the dealership wasn’t on the same page. We had a difficult time securing the deal that was quoted on-line. Getting the paperwork to have the car registered was very eventful having us return to the dealership for missing paperwork. All and all, they honored the deal and we bought the car. Happy ending. More
