I (Ellen Holt) have been to Lokey Nissan several times since I began my Rogue Sport Adventure! Eliu Bermudez was the first person to greet me when I arrived to test drive vehicles. He worked tirelessly to make sure I was hydrated and happy while he ascertained my vehicular needs. Eliu continued to work tirelessly to ensure I left your dealership with my perfect vehicle! I have enjoyed my Rogue Sport thoroughly this month. I can keep all of my promotional materials for my business in the back, and I have plenty of room for my water aerobics and other swimming equipment I use on a regular basis. I have been by the dealership to have my vehicle washed and the gas tank filled up as well. I am always greeted warmly and am reminded to help myself to coffee, water etc... while I wait. I am extremely happy with my Rogue and the excellent customer service at Lokey Nissan. I posted a photo of Eliu and I the day I drove off your lot with my Rogue on Instagram two times! Y'all Do It Right at Lokey Nissan!!! More

Dealer fee of $899 for the privilege of purchasing a car from you? A dealer Pack fee for service of $1495.00, charged for repairs and service to vehicle, all vehicles. Have to laugh, the vehicle I was sel from you? A dealer Pack fee for service of $1495.00, charged for repairs and service to vehicle, all vehicles. Have to laugh, the vehicle I was selecting was STILL under basic factory warranty. So between those two items, this dealer intends to defraud buyers of $2395.00 of hard earned money for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!! Then they want to play the blame game and say NADA, Kelly Blue Book , TRUE Car and other like them are the blame because they can't make a profit. We guys, if you weren't such a stealership in the first place you wouldn't have issues. There is plenty of money to be made, how about earning it honestly. There should be the option of selecting less than 1 star. More
