Thank you for your response. I had my Escape in for the Works Package back on January 25th. I've been having a slow leak with one of my tires for the past 9+ months. I was due for new tires anyway so I got new tires from Tires Plus hoping that would take care of the problem, however, it did not. Every 3-4 weeks I have to stop and put air in the tire. The problem tire is the rear tire on the passenger side. About 3 weeks after my service appointment for the Works Package (which includes a tire rotation) my low tire pressure light came on again. So I stopped at a Kwik Trip to put air in and assumed it would be the front tire that would be low, based on the tire rotation. However, it was the same rear tire on the passenger side. I have to continue stop every 3-4 weeks to put air in the tire. So I presume that the tire rotation was never performed as the tire with the slow leak is in the same position as it was before. To make matters worse I sent a message thru your website to your service department before leaving a negative review and never heard back from them. I've been using Heiser Ford for all my vehicle purchases and service needs since you were still on Prospect Avenue and have been satisfied with your service. That is the only reason why I felt I would give you a chance to respond before leaving negative feedback. The lack of response was very disappointing. And to be quite honest I do now question how many times in the past I was charged for service that was never performed. Jim Kamps
