Went in for a simple oil change. And left with a broken front bumper clamp. The mechanic then closed it on the clamp and now my hood is misaligned. They didn’t tell me they did this. They tried to adjust it by raising the hood leveler, but it was misaligned too much. So they decided to see if i wouldn’t notice. More

Every time I step into Dover Chevy, I am giving nothing but the best customer service. When I walk in they know my name, take time to chat, and get service done in a timely manner.
