Usually the Service manager goes over a diagnostic sheet (talking about brakes and how worn down the tires are, etc) with me after the work has been completed and I did not have that this time. It makes me wonder if the mechanics still look at these things. This diagnostic overview is the main reason why I bring my car to the dealership instead of another place. Also, I was not told that the shuttle ends at 4:30pm- that is the first thing the driver should be telling people using the shuttle. More

Emily was not receptive to me stating “I would also like ______ done” to request an additional service. The technician did a great job & I appreciated the video, but I may choose a different dealer for serv ______ done” to request an additional service.
