Not only does she provide professional guidance about what plan to purchase that I have purchased extended warranties for my family's Ford vehicles. Not only does she provide professional guidance about what plan to purchase that will best meet my needs, she has saved me hundreds of dollars having priced the same ESP Ford extended warranties with other Ford dealers. I just lengthened a warranty that was to expire in a couple of months. Emma notified me about an upcoming pricing increase for the warranty so I could time my purchasing. With the cost of vehicles and the price to repair them out of warranty these days, I wouldn't own a vehicle without an official manufacturer's extended warranty for service at any Ford dealership. More
