This is a very delayed response as I have the necessity of using my sister's computer for all Royal Moore business until mine is working again. BOTH Royal Moore, sales person TJ, and Emmylea were extraordinary in their compassion, service, professional concerns, et al., in making my visit as calming as possible after my very unexpected collision totaled my 2011 Subaru Forester 2.5X [?] which was to have been my "final car." I was stunned to learn that TJ assisted me in what turned out to be his final day of employment at RM and am very very hopeful he will be returning as it was his perseverance that was the reason for my purchase. Emilylea also was extremely "gentle," kind and considerate when teaching me the basic of a car now 11 years newer than my former Subaru. It's because I survived the totaled car without injury that I felt compelled to purchase Subaru Touring, and am learning to acclimate in to all of its advantages. Thank you. More
