Took an hour longer than promised while I waited even though I had scheduled an appointment. Found a coupon online for the service that was done. Might’ve been nice to be offered this coupon before payi though I had scheduled an appointment. Found a coupon online for the service that was done. Might’ve been nice to be offered this coupon before paying. Service writer was great. I know it wasn’t his fault due to holiday weekend. More

My Toyota Tundra was displaying an ambiguous set of symptoms that wasn’t straightforward to diagnose. The worse case scenario was replacing the transmission. But BBT techs took a reasoned approach to p symptoms that wasn’t straightforward to diagnose. The worse case scenario was replacing the transmission. But BBT techs took a reasoned approach to problem solving and fixed the issue well short of just punting the ball, and then spent no small amt of time making sure the issue was fully addressed. In the end the fix cost me only $250. You guys rock! More

The service was great as usual, but it was the customer service I wasn't too pleased with. After sitting in the waiting room for about 30 minutes I looked outside and noticed my car was there. I thought th service I wasn't too pleased with. After sitting in the waiting room for about 30 minutes I looked outside and noticed my car was there. I thought the department was just busy and surely this was the reason I hadn't been notified that my car was ready. After about 20 more minutes I noticed that my car was still sitting in the same spot and had not moved. Again, I thought they must just be busy. Another 20 or so minutes went by and I got a text about recommended services for my car and noticed that my car was still sitting in the same spot. I thought, well maybe this is the last step and they just need me to go through this process, and then they'll come to get me. I declined the services and continued waiting. Another 20-ish minutes went by and still no one had come to get me despite my car STILL sitting in the same spot. I finally went out to the service lane to see what was going on and the service advisor seemed very confused and after ruffling through some papers found mine and told me he'd have me ready in a few minutes. So I went in at 11 AM for a tire rotation and didn't leave until almost 1 PM. Having worked in dealerships as a tech for years, I know it doesn't take almost 2 hours for a tire rotation, even on a busy day. Brent Brown Toyota has always been good to me and this is an isolated incident for me, but it was annoying to say the least. More
