Great experience ! Great new wing of the dealership makes it easy to check in. Especially in the rain. No wait to see the service associate Chad. Norman Ryder checked in to oversee the process which is reassuring. Enza made sure all my needs were met. all Three of them are friendly and accommodating. A great experience. They want to make sure that all your concerns are taken care of and that you leave the shop feeling better than when you come in. I had an car problem that started to become a safety issue and they moved mountains to get me in as soon as possible and taken care of with minimal disruptions to my life. None of this is their responsibilities, but yet they went out of their way to let me know that they cared for what was best for me. Chad was the best. More

The Rallye location as a whole is top of the line and I travel from Brooklyn, NY because of the excellent experience I have here each time. The location looks great with their renovations and I am always satisfied with the service on my car. They have a great team here and I am glad to be a customer. More

Outstanding Customer Service I had my 2006 TL serviced for an electrical problem and I can’t be more pleased with the results. The problem was identified and fixed in the same day I had my 2006 TL serviced for an electrical problem and I can’t be more pleased with the results. The problem was identified and fixed in the same day. I dropped the car off in the morning, used a loaner car to get to work, picked the repaired car up after work and was home at usual time. Mike was an excellent person to work with. Lots of explanations and communications. Enza was great with getting the loaner arranged. More
