I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and paid our deductible and then found out they gave my parts to another customer and couldn't get the parts in till the next week, so I wasted an entire day with deductible and then found out they gave my parts to another customer and couldn't get the parts in till the next week, so I wasted an entire day without my car for nothing and so then I had to make another appointment and was without my car again to finally get it fixed. This wasn't the first time this has happened and I truly think it is disrespectful to customer. More
