At first Wyatt seemed helpful. However after a few days became unhelpful. Getting a rental car was a massive hassle and we still didn't get one. They couldn't recognize the problem However after a few days became unhelpful. Getting a rental car was a massive hassle and we still didn't get one. They couldn't recognize the problem and after a handful of back and forth calls we finally got our car back with the same issue and with a floorboard full of water. Very unprofessional. More

Made a scheduled appointment 3 weeks in advancefor items that are on recall to include the back door latch. My vehicle was kept for two days I missed work and lost money for only one item to be fixed and my that are on recall to include the back door latch. My vehicle was kept for two days I missed work and lost money for only one item to be fixed and my door latch is still broken. Wyatt did not respond to text messages that he initiated as a way to get updates. When calling it was hard to get through and he never knew what was going on with my car or when it would be complete. For having a scheduled service 3 weeks in advance I would think customer service would have some kind of an idea of how long it would take, especially for standard recall items needing fixed. I will never trust this place again More
