I brought it in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall. The $1100 bill was a surprise! I'm not even sure that they rotated the tires. My experience with the dealership overall was good. However my technician Wyatt who was supposed to fix my car said it was fixed. Only for me to pickup my car and fifteen minutes later have it break do However my technician Wyatt who was supposed to fix my car said it was fixed. Only for me to pickup my car and fifteen minutes later have it break down again. The Ford dealership and Wyatt's manager were the ones to make it right.
