I am new to the Auto Sales industry, coming from a background in international education. I worked as an ESL and classroom teacher in South Korea, China, Vietnam and the Czech Republic for 13 years. I am very comfortable speaking and working with people from all different social, ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I am an intermediate speaker of Czech and I can speak Korean and Mandarin at a basic level. I am caring, kind and empathetic with all of my clients. I would be happy to have you as my client!

Eric was very personable, knowledgable, and responsive. His no nonsense approach combined with care, attentiveness, and zero pressure made my experience fantastic. Every request he accommodated without issue and he was more than understanding when my toddler pushed every button and turned every knob as Eric explained the vehicle to me. Eric walked me through every step of the process and made my entire family feel valued and taken care of. Even with the purchase was complete, Eric still goes above and beyond from answering questions to coordinating service. While I hope I do not have a need for another new vehicle near term, I would gladly make the 120+ mile drive (one way!) to work with Eric at Falcone Subaru again. More
