What a FANTASTIC dealership! EVERYONE was so helpful. Especially The greatest person ERIC DELASNUECES!!!! On the way down to central Florida with our RV our truck's engine stopped. After the waiting on I95 for a tow truck for our disabled truck & new RV we ended up at a nearby park. We took an Uber to Nimnicht Chevrolet in Jacksonville Fl. We talked with Eric Delasnueces about what we needed and he found the PERFECT truck at the perfect price for us! Everyone there was so helpful getting the vehicle purchase and the bank financing completed. Eric even bought our lunch in the cafe!!!! Second vehicle purchased from Nimnicht. First vehicle, sales team changed numbers in finance room and said it was a "mistake" after signing next to an agreed to amount. Employee who did thi First vehicle, sales team changed numbers in finance room and said it was a "mistake" after signing next to an agreed to amount. Employee who did this followed us out profusely apologizing and admitted to but is still employed by Nimnicht. Second vehicle, I did all the financing online and went in to purchase the vehicle. Since owning truck, it has been the shop multiple times for warranty issues. Truck is currently in the shop for the 3rd time with the same issue and they are replacing all the parts they have previously replaced this year; they cannot figure out what is wrong with the vehicle Truck has been there for 2 weeks not and all the prior 4 times is has been there around the same amount of time. GM has reached out to the dealership multiple times, and no one has responded. More

It's unusual to associate the words, HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and COMPASSION with a car dealership. The people at Nimnicht have all that and more. Ericka at internet sales, Eddie with Finance, and Nick who gets and COMPASSION with a car dealership. The people at Nimnicht have all that and more. Ericka at internet sales, Eddie with Finance, and Nick who gets the cars ready were fantastic people who really care about their customers and any issues that a customer might have. I'm an old guy and I have never dealt with car sales people who were really concerned with their customer ! I will always go to Nimnicht first even though I'm 150 miles away.
