Eric Francke started in the Auto business right out of college, and has spent the last 30 years in a number of different roles, focusing on synergy between technology and customer service. As the Internet Sales Manager at Toyota Braintree, he lives by the principle that consumers are looking for clear and concise information on product availability, features, and price, without the ambiguity that other dealers may employ. Since coming to Toyota of Braintree, Toyota of Braintree has consistently been one of the highest rates Toyota dealerships in the country, as well as winning the Dealerrater Toyota dealer of the year award multiple times. Eric was the first DealerRater Certified salesperson for Toyota in the state.

Sam was great about my concerns going between a used car w/low mileage to a new RAV4, as well as spending the time showing me all the new features. Eric was great w/help installing the hitch for my bike rack. Inez has always been helpful when I would come in for routine service. More
