I can't say enough about the positive experience I had buying a car from Toyota of Braintree. I would send anyone with car needs to Toyota of Braintree without hesitation. I would take anyone with car needs there myself in my new pre-owned vehicle! Also: fancy key chains. :) More

And received nothing extra for writing this review. This was the least painful/frustrating car buying experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t add any “market adjustment” to the price of the car despite every other dealership in a 50 mile radius of my house admitting they do add an additional fee due to the scarcity in the car I was looking for. They did, however, change the price I was paying for the car in the middle of signing documents. They actually took an additional $500 off from msrp for military appreciation without me asking. I’ll be back here if I’m ever in the market for another Toyota. I wish I could name the employees who helped me specifically but my memory is terrible and again… I’m not a bot More
