His transparency and effort made it much easier for me to narrow down my choice of dealership, and I genuinely appreciated how simple he made the process. When I arrived, Gerry, the salesperson at the dealership, was equally impressive. He was very professional, answered my questions clearly, and respected that I was comparing options. I actually had another appointment scheduled with a competitor to test drive the same vehicle before making my final decision, but I didn’t end up needing it. Gerry was able to provide the confidence, information, and fair pricing I needed to commit to the purchase right there. Overall, both Eric and Gerry made the process straightforward and comfortable, and I’m very happy with my decision. Sunny was also terrific.
