My husband and I have now leased several cars from this specific dealership. A task that we normally dread is so pleasant now because of the people who have helped us over the years. What a wonderful experience we had at Tufankjian Toyota in Braintree. We looked at a 2025 RAV4 hybrid and Corolla Cross and did so on a few different occasions and each time it was a “no pressure” and “How in Braintree. We learned a great deal and ended up with a great deal. Enormous thanks to Kevin, Idalia, Eric, Sunny, Carlos, Kyle, the folks we were introduced to in service and financing, and the owner Charles. They made car shopping fun, enjoyable and eminently easy. In the process we found the reason behind this experience that will cause us to buy our next car there as well, each person we met asked what we needed and led with empathy and understanding.
