Over the holiday weekend my wife and i went to ferman ford looking for an suv that would be safe and reliable for my wife as she is a first responder and is often on call. My wife wanted leather seats and even though this choice came with cloth, Eric and Jeff made leather an option, after deciding on the many choices in color combinations my wife was beyond pleased with her decision. They answered every question big or small with great care and made sure we understood completely each option, and detail with the choices laid before us (between our wants and our needs) and guided us to our ultimate decision. A 2016 F-150 King Ranch with a 3.5l v6. 6-1/2ft bed, 20" rims, and many amazing options. Upon that, they made sure we understood the financial end with Frank who created a fun and happy atmosphere when it came to what could be the tedious filing and signing of paperwork, they made sure we recieved the best bang for our buck and made us happily apart of the ferman ford family. I cannot stress enough how kind and caring these gentlemen treated my wife and I through our many trips to the dealership and ultimately today when we drove away in our dream truck. More
