Repeat Customer because I trust The Dean Team! Over the past 20 years my wife and I have purchased 8 automobiles from Phil Dean at the Dean Team for one reason. The service! I drove from Tucson Arizona to deal with Phil because I trust him. From the Service Department and Eric to the Sales Department and John, Jason, Scott and Phil it truly is team approach with consistent service. Of course you must eventually pay for the vehicle and Rick Richards makes that as painless as possible i a very professional manner. More

BEST BY FAR! This is now my 3rd Subaru in 18 months. In September 2013 I went to Toby Wright and asked for help in locating a car that would serve what I needed i This is now my 3rd Subaru in 18 months. In September 2013 I went to Toby Wright and asked for help in locating a car that would serve what I needed in my company. It wasn't 2 months later when I was t-boned by a construction truck and my brand new car was declared a total loss. I walked away from that accident without even so much as a single bruise! Tony and the guys at Dean Team helped me replace that vehicle - and because I was so pleased with the first - I upgraded and got another Forester. Again, the service and the follow-up were just fantastic. Now, here in Feb 2015, I was in another accident and my car declared a total loss again. The fact thta I have been in 2 major accidents but walked away unharmed is priceless to me. Tony and the guys got me in ANOTHER Subaru and I could not be happier. I swear I don't think I will ever buy another car from anywhere else again. More

Avoid this shady dealership's service center at all costs! I brought my 2013 Jetta in because the key would get stuck in the ignition while its running and for routine maintenance. After it was ran through the I brought my 2013 Jetta in because the key would get stuck in the ignition while its running and for routine maintenance. After it was ran through the car wash I discovered that both headlights would fog up. They agreed to replace both headlights but when I got the car back they scratched up the leather steering wheel. They agreed to replace the steering wheel and when I got it back I noticed a very deep scratch in the driver door and that both headlights are fogging up again. I'm suspecting they are intentionally damaging my car because they think these issues are too minor. I brought this to Eric Harrelson's attention and he said it is always something with me and he is not going to fix it because VW will charge them for the parts if they don't find a defect. He said I have to take it up with the service director Tom Gould. I have contacted VW which contacted Tom and they said they are not going to help me. I'm selling the VW and never buying a VW product again. I suggest nobody buy a cheap unreliable VW and if you do, definitely do not buy it from this dealership. More
