My WRX had an unexpected issue with the radiator so I brought it in for service to this dealer as always. I arrived on Tuesday at 7:30ish in the morning and Eric Harrelson was already working away. I d brought it in for service to this dealer as always. I arrived on Tuesday at 7:30ish in the morning and Eric Harrelson was already working away. I didn't have an appointment since it was unexpected but Eric made sure my car was looked at that day. As with past experiences, Eric was extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating. He contacted me the same day and let me know what the problem was, the next steps to get it resolved as well as an estimate for the repairs. It was a multiple day deal and he stayed in touch with any updates. When I arrived on Thursday to pick up my car, he was there and recognized me immediately and took care of me. I definitely enjoy working with him when I bring my car in for service. I had a question Friday morning and he answered my call at 7:30 and answered it for me. Great job and I will definitely work with him again. Thanks More

The service I receive at the Dean Team service dept with Eric is A+. When I walk in I always go to the desk to the left where I know he will be. He smiles and calls his customers by name. I am a widowed mother who just moved from a small town to the St. Louis area two years ago. I bought this Jetta right after the move in 2011 from the Dean team. Each time I have went in for service I know I can ask him any stupid vehicle or awkward pricing question, he answers with confidence, sincerety and with a smile. Also, the communication I receive from Eric with the service issue is timely, efficient and top of the line. I don't have to wonder what's going on with my vehicle. Bought a 2013 Jetta Sportwagon TDI which we love. Dealt with Carl Schaeffer on the sale, and he was very helpful. He had to get the car we wanted from Wisconsin. He spent plenty of time with us going ove with Carl Schaeffer on the sale, and he was very helpful. He had to get the car we wanted from Wisconsin. He spent plenty of time with us going over the special features of the car, which are many. Due to a special timing need we had, he overnighted our title paperwork to us via UPS. Would have liked a little more flexibility re price, however. We just had the initial courtesy service check up, and Eric was great to deal with and very helpful. We can see why this dealer gets such good ratings. More

Eric was friendly, courteous, professional and followed up with me on an outstanding issue I had on my vehicle at the time of purchase. I couldn't get a response from my salesperson, but Eric was proactiv up with me on an outstanding issue I had on my vehicle at the time of purchase. I couldn't get a response from my salesperson, but Eric was proactive and my issue was quickly and efficiently resolved. I was beginning to feel like the service had ended at the sale, and was feeling skeptical about my experience with this dealership until Eric became involved. Now, I am confident that they truly care about their customers, and would highly recommend Dean Team of Ballwin, and most specifically Eric. Thank you for your prompt and efficient service Eric! More
