When we arrived they pulled the car up to the front and took it on an unattended, stress free test drive. We were NOT met with a typical, loud, in your face salesman. Instead we were the pursuers once we made a decision what car we wanted. The salesman, Eric Jones, was extremely professional, laid back, and did not pressure us at all. Though the no haggle prices could be viewed as a negative, it made the process move along that much quicker. We took home our car in less than 2 hours! The customer service all the way around was amazing and I would recommend them to any of my friends. Thanks DonohooAuto! More

From front desk, to working the deal, to signing papers, and finally to technology overview before we left with the car, it was a smooth and pleasant process. I gave Kathy a list and gave her my license to copy and I was on my way to test drive WITH NOBODY BUT ME AND MY SISTER! I was not pressured to buy anything. I was just enjoying myself! I picked a Benz, went through the finance process and was on my way within 45 minutes minus my test driving time... Which was about 2 hours lol. Great prices and great service! More

Donahoo covers the bases I live in Nashville but found a car I wanted at Donahoo in Alabama.
