Super people We shopped for months before we found the car we wanted. This place was a 2 1/2 hour drive but the price was right so we made the trip. The overall experience was so much better than any dealership we've ever dealt with in looking for a car They take service and speed to a whole new level. The car was thousands less than any other we found, and there was no haggling. Eric was awesome. The guys out in the lot were so helpful. And Lydia was super on the follow up. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! ?????? More

wonderful. After doing my homework on the right car for me .I decided to go with the E350 .BLK ON BLK...I find it at Donohoo Auto in Pelham AL. I contacted them After doing my homework on the right car for me .I decided to go with the E350 .BLK ON BLK...I find it at Donohoo Auto in Pelham AL. I contacted them to let them know that I was interested in the car but I live outer state. So I sat an appointment to come see the car but hade to cancel it twice. So the next week I made my third appointment ...that night I look on their website and it wasn't there. I thought maybe someone else had bought it..the next morning I phone them and ask why the car wasn't on the website any more did someone buy it. .The Salesman response surprised me ..He said we took it off the site and we're holding it for you to see. .To shorten the story,I made the trip and viewed the car and i was very pleased with it and really enjoyed drive it back home. ..I would like to Think everyone at Donohoo that was part of my transaction for your time and consideration. We live in TN and found the car online, drove down to pick it up, and had our smoothest car buying experience so far! They made sure everything was perfect, including fixing some items of concern. Even after we got home, they stayed in contact to make sure we were totally satisfied- and that was after the deal was done, so they really didn't have to even check in.
