The service department was very professional, polite, and fully explained all work being done. Previously, I've been dealing with three different Vision Hyundai service departments and they were incompetent, fully explained all work being done. Previously, I've been dealing with three different Vision Hyundai service departments and they were incompetent, not professional and falsified paperwork regarding work they were supposed to be doing. I also received No support from reporting these issues to the Hyundai Corporate Customer Service. They only replied that they had no authority or accountability when it came to the dealerships they licensed, which I was astonished to hear. We'll, my experience with Matthew Hyundai was a difference between night-and-day over the Vision locations. I was extremely extremely pleased. More

They don't honor the Matthews 777 guarantee, service, sales, and vehicle service contracts they are all no good and would not recommend the cause of all services. My Ioniq 5 has been in 3 times for an intermittent dead 12v battery issue. The service department has not been helpful suggesting that the battery was just bad, while I've been without a vehicle for over 3 12v battery issue. The service department has not been helpful suggesting that the battery was just bad, while I've been without a vehicle for over 36 hours. During the last 2 visits they were also supposed to perform the 4000 & 8000 mile service, but after each visit the dash still has the service vehicle indicator on. More
