I recently took delivery of the i4 M50 and Eric Lovo provided excellent assistance throughout the purchasing process. Started working with Eric sometime mid-year (2022), from the initial test-drive, or provided excellent assistance throughout the purchasing process. Started working with Eric sometime mid-year (2022), from the initial test-drive, ordering process, and delivery, he demonstrated exceptional knowledge on this newer model. Through out the process I had many communications (email/phone) with Eric and his responses were immediate and clear. I praised Eric’s professionalism, attentiveness and trustworthiness. Eric was amazing! This was my first vehicle purchase in over 12 years so I was a little nervous. However, Eric was highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
