After test driving my first Mazda at CarMax on Harbor Boulevard in Costa Mesa, I thought I would be better off going to a Mazda dealership to find my next car. My friend and I looked up the closest deale Boulevard in Costa Mesa, I thought I would be better off going to a Mazda dealership to find my next car. My friend and I looked up the closest dealership - the Tustin dealership was equally as far as the Huntington Beach dealership, but the latter had better reviews. Naturally, we went to Huntington Beach. Eric Magana is the reason why the reviews are so fantastic. After looking at the cars on the lot, he helped us right away. He was knowledgable, patient, and helpful with any questions I had. I did not feel any pressure in the slightest to make a purchase -something I did not experience the last time I went car shopping. He deserves more than 5 stars because he was so straight forward and trustworthy with the process. Thanks, Eric! More

Huntington Mazda gets the informed consumer. All my negotiation took place over phone and email & the manager Jonathan was straightforward and no bs. My car was 10 years old and needed to have work at some point. We had stopped at 7 dealers on the way to Huntington Beach. I live 300 miles away and there are a total of 2 dealers in a 100 mile radius. We looked at Toyota, Subaru, Mazda, Honda, and Lincoln during our time in the Los Angeles area. We traveled near and far just to test drive and see which cars fit best with the living conditions, weather, and life style. I live in the mountains and I’m home for four months of the year, and I need a reliable car that can handle snow. Both of my parents had delt with Eric Magana on prior auto purchases. When we went to other dealers they were controlling, pushy, would not look up the car I was interested in, attempted to upsell, and overall they felt like cling-on’s. Going to Huntington Beach Mazda they made me feel welcome, comfortable, and able to continue looking for the car that fit my needs. They provided water, snacks, and had well-maintained bathrooms. They offered to quote prices while I continued to search for the car that fit my needs. Eric was even there for us on his day off!! I will be returning due to their customer service. Eric not only went above and beyond as a sales representative but he made a personal connection with me. He was not pushing a particular car but instead understood my lifestyle and was able to work within my budget. He also found out that the car I wanted had been sold from his lot. He located another identical car at another location. He went and picked up my new car. He also arranged a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. I will not be using another dealership because I dealt with Eric Magana. I will be refer him to others. More

I called around & HB Mazda had the biggest inventory, so I stopped by for a test drive while I was in town for the holidays. First spoke with "big Joe" who reassured me that he'll have someone assist me coz I stopped by for a test drive while I was in town for the holidays. I walked in nervous about getting a pushy salesman, but was so lucky to have Eric help me throughout the whole process. He was patient, understanding, personable & even got me just below my budget for a vehicle I didn't think I would get. I volunteer for a dog rescue & have 3 of my own, so this upgrade really was for them. I hadn't planned on walking out with a new vehicle so to say that he made my Xmas is an understatement! Steve in finance was also great & chatting about family & travel put me at ease while signing paperwork which could be stressful. I walked out of the office to meet with Greg who had my new CX-5 up front with a big blue bow! He talked me through the features & told me to reach out if I ever had any questions. Outstanding customer service & I'm so glad I came here! More
