I just purchased my first Toyota after driving Buicks for 40 years. I was very pleased with the friendliness, the professionalism and the prompt response of the dealership, especially the sales person, Ali 40 years. I was very pleased with the friendliness, the professionalism and the prompt response of the dealership, especially the sales person, Ali Kamal. Even in these extraordinary timers, Ali made the experience easy. He was very helpful in navigating the process and explaining the intricacies of my new car. Finance personnel were excellent, explained well and did not push products unnecessarily. If anyone is going to consider a Toyota, I would send them to Ali. I'm happy I made the switch to Toyota. More

Ok, let's talk about the Handy Toyota Team. They were amazing. I stopped on a day to just look and before you knew it I was driving away with a car of my dreams. I had a Toyota for 13yrs and fe They were amazing. I stopped on a day to just look and before you knew it I was driving away with a car of my dreams. I had a Toyota for 13yrs and felt the need to upgrade. Jake Smith is one of the most personable guy I have ever met. Real down to earth and so not pushy at all (like the stereotype goes) . It was the end of his day so we made an appt for the following day. He researched cars for me and got me an amazing car. Then we met Eric who did all the $$$ part. He explained everything to me in a language I could understand. Jake and Eric both worked way passed their hours to make sure I was happy. Picked up my car the following day (which was Jake's day off) He came in made sure she was gassed and cleaned up real pretty for me. Took the time to go over some pretty key things about the car, since a lot has changed in 13yrs. Also, made sure that I have his number to call with any questions or that I could stop in anytime and he will answer or go over things with me if I needed him too. If you are looking to buy a car Handy Toyota is the place to be. I know where I will be going from now on. Thank you Jake and Eric Derick and I will forever be grateful for you help and kindness. I was shopping for a safe and reliable vehicle and found one today at Handy Toyota located at 39 S. Main Street in Saint Albans. I was able to drive off the lot with a beautiful 2016 Honda CRV at a most rea one today at Handy Toyota located at 39 S. Main Street in Saint Albans. I was able to drive off the lot with a beautiful 2016 Honda CRV at a most reasonable price and I’m very pleased. The staff were amazing and my Salesman was even better. I was well taken care of and all my questions and concerns were addressed. He delivered my vehicle with care and precision and nothing was left to question. When I set foot in Handy Toyota on a holiday Friday (Easter Weekend), it wasn't super busy, but I realized I wasn't the only one who wanted to at least check out some cars on a nice Spring day. Nonethe (Easter Weekend), it wasn't super busy, but I realized I wasn't the only one who wanted to at least check out some cars on a nice Spring day. Nonetheless, I had my eyes set on a Scion iM hatchback, and Donovan assisted me with the test drive setup and the post-drive analysis. While Donovan helped crunch the numbers, I weighed my options, mental gears grinding; at no point did I feel any pressure to drive away with a new car. However, there was an offer I could not pass up, and I had to claim the iM. Once i decided on the car, Eric from finance helped explain everything that Handy offers in terms of warranties/coverages and other plans. Again, I did not feel any pressure to add on the plans. Overall, it was a great, simple experience (as simple as buying a car can get, lol). Donovan and Eric did an excellent job with everything, and if I happen to catch another nifty Toyota, I know where to go :) More
