I have bought several new Chevrolets in the past, but my last two that I bought from Butler Chevrolet I've had very good customer service Eric Ruchala is very easy to deal with, knowledgeable on the vehicle last two that I bought from Butler Chevrolet I've had very good customer service Eric Ruchala is very easy to deal with, knowledgeable on the vehicles and they will find the exact vehicle you're looking for. Even if they don't have it on the lot. Makes the buying experience very easy. I have also referred several other people that have bought their cars from Butler. They have a nice facility good customer service and good pricing. More

Problem Unresolved Have had my Used Certified 2016 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ for service on Multiple occasions for my expressed concerns of some sort of anti-freeze gaseous Have had my Used Certified 2016 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ for service on Multiple occasions for my expressed concerns of some sort of anti-freeze gaseous smell getting into the cabin of my vehicle. You can taste and smell upon ignition. There is clear indication of something wrong when you look under the hood of the vehicle as there is a residue sprayed all over the engine compartment as well as the hood of the vehicle. On all occasions that I have had the vehicle in they have stated they cannot find anything.??? I would like to check my options for exchanging or returning this vehicle. Eric Ruchala and Jim Butler team were Great! Our car buying experience at the Jim Butler dealership was positive from the first phone call to inquire about a vehicle we were interested in until t Our car buying experience at the Jim Butler dealership was positive from the first phone call to inquire about a vehicle we were interested in until the final transaction and follow up phone calls and e mails. Since we were driving in from out of state, we relied heavily on our sales consultant, Eric Ruchala’s, description of the vehicle and its condition, warranty etc. He worked diligently to accurately represent the vehicle that we were interested in purchasing and made the over 500-mile round trip drive worthwhile. We were treated politely and professionally by Eric as well as each representative of Jim Butler Chevrolet that we encountered when we were there on December 20th. When a malfunctioning new key fob held us up when we went to leave, Eric made every effort to correct the situation and make it right for us and get us on our way. The climate at Jim Butler Chevrolet was warm, inviting and professional and this feeling was reinforced each time we met and worked with another member of the team throughout the buying experience. The courtesy, hospitality and effort to make our car buying experience pleasant were very much appreciated. So we say thank you again to Eric and the entire Jim Butler Chevrolet team!
