Susan, Rodrigo and Eric were all incredibly professional, efficient and, most of all, an absolute dream to work with. In and out in under 3 hours, completed a trade in and had our new certified vehicle shine efficient and, most of all, an absolute dream to work with. Precision Acura continues to be one of the best dealerships I frequent as I buy a lot of cars. From sales to finance to service, Precision Acura consistently excels while providing a fantastic customer experience. In this case, I purchased a car I've been pining for since announced over a year ago, the MDX Type S. Eric Sebar, the Sales Manager, worked with me to get me the exact car I wanted at a fair price and kept me informed for months on its progress. Gus Chalak, my sales consultant, treats me like family every time I come into the dealer for sales or service and seeks to exceed all my expectations without hesitation. Mike Fazio in Finance has taken the time to learn about what I look for when buying a car and had pre-arranged great financing and the add-ons I typically purchase so the checkout process was easy with no surprises. Finally, Mike Mealey in service has my back any time I need something maintained or repaired on the many Acuras I have and continue to own (3 in my driveway currently). The entire Precision Acura team was amazing in having my MDX Type S from truck to delivered in about 2 hours, and the vehicle was perfectly prepped. Mike in service fit me in the next day to have my accessories installed. I am an Acura person, so for me, the MDX Type S is the best car I have ever owned sold and supported by the best dealer team I have ever worked with in my 30+ years of buying cars. I cannot overstate my praise for this vehicle and dealer. More

I was a customer at another Acura dealer for 21 years and i found them to be very difficult to deal with for my lease renewal. Precision Acura responded quickly to my internet request. They reviewed my Acura history and lease status and provided a quick and reasonable lease quote. When i visited the dealership they assigned me to Ahmed. He had all the lease terms from the previous offer and we signed the lease terms quickly. And even in this difficult market they had a car in two weeks Very pleased More
