My salesperson, Raj, was fantastic. Super informative and patient. Well versed on the car specs and thoughtful in his delivery. I am a many times return customer. It is always a pleasant experience purchasing/leasing a new Acura at Precision Acura. The sales staff and management are always courteous, responsive and honest in their dealings. No gimmicks or high pressure at Precision Acura unlike other dealerships I have tried dealing with. Just returned my 2019 RDX leased my new 2022 RDX and will be back again in October 2022 to turn in my 2019 ILX and lease a new 2022 ILX. More

Once again, I had another great sales experience at Precision Acura of Princeton. I am one of the fortunate people in the US who was able to purchase one of only 200 uniquely beautiful 2022 RDX PMC edi Precision Acura of Princeton. I am one of the fortunate people in the US who was able to purchase one of only 200 uniquely beautiful 2022 RDX PMC editions in the marketplace. Eric Sebar, Gus Chalak, and Mike Fazio made the process simple and transparent. Pricing was fair given the limited nature of the car and current inventory shortage. Their excellence in high customer service and treating me with respect and kindness will continue to bring me back into this dealer for sales, and of course, service. I recommend Precision Acura to anyone shopping for a car who desires a low pressure, high service environment where you are treated with respect, and the only surprises are happy ones. More

I had a very positive experience at Precision Acura. Gus answered all my questions, took plenty of time with me but never made me feel pressured. He even answered questions via text on his day off!
