Very Positive Experience We were introduced to Rick Zauck at the Auto Show in Bethlehem ,Pa. He invited us down to road test a new Nissan Altima at Kelly Nissan, That's when We were introduced to Rick Zauck at the Auto Show in Bethlehem ,Pa. He invited us down to road test a new Nissan Altima at Kelly Nissan, That's when we met with salesmen Eric Sparrow. The whole experience was so positive and great. It was the best deal and such nice people to deal with in many years. My wife and I would recommend this dealership (Kelley Nissan) to anyone thinking of a new or used vehicle. Re-leasing was a breeze My husband and I leased for the first time ever 3 years ago. Back then we were able to put a good amount down at first so our monthly payments were ke My husband and I leased for the first time ever 3 years ago. Back then we were able to put a good amount down at first so our monthly payments were kept very low!!!! Forward 2 years and 9 months, our lease was about up, our financial situation was completely different than before and we needed our payments low enough to manage. Our dealer, Eric, was great!!!! He laid out three different cars, the monthly costs and really worked with us on our present situation. He was really understanding and did all he could to make us feel welcome, comfortable and in good hands!!! We left a few hours later with a Nissan Altima, in the price range we could handle, and couldn't be happier!!! We will definitely be back in 3 years to re-lease again!!!! Two new cars with no hassle Eric Sparrow called unexpectedly to let us know that our Pathfinder could be traded with the Nissan pull ahead buy out. We weren't looking to trade y Eric Sparrow called unexpectedly to let us know that our Pathfinder could be traded with the Nissan pull ahead buy out. We weren't looking to trade yet, but with only a first payment needed and the original Pathfinder we owed having a payment due in a week, it was a no-brainer. He kept the payment almost the same and we moved up to the platinum model. Spent less than 30 minutes at the dealership in total. While making that deal, I asked about my altima. That worked out even better! Only the first payment (which turns out is lower than my current payment), and we had two new cars. Very pleased with everything Eric did for us. These are the 7 and 8 Nissans we have leased (worked with Eric for the last 4), and this was by far the easiest car buying experience I ever had. Thanks. More

Great Customer Service Experience Eric was great. He was very personable and I never felt rushed through the whole process. He took the time to not only tell me about the vehicle but Eric was great. He was very personable and I never felt rushed through the whole process. He took the time to not only tell me about the vehicle but to also show me some of the functions for the vehicle I was looking. For example, he showed me how the rear seats folded all the way flat and explained the traction function as to when I should use it and when I shouldn't. Michael in finance was great as well. With all the paperwork that has to be completed he kept everything very organized and made it a painless process. More
