Second time going to Dan Cummins for a vehicle purchase, and I will continue going back. Ericka worked so hard to get my lease traded in and get me in a new vehicle within my limits and get me back on the r and I will continue going back. Ericka worked so hard to get my lease traded in and get me in a new vehicle within my limits and get me back on the road as quickly as she could! Tyler got me in and out of his office as quickly as possible too, after making sure I had GAP insurance without raising my payment too much. Great service all around. More

I came there to purchase a truck and instead I leased a 2020 silverado. Erika was very helpful n was very nice and helped with all the information on my choice. Worst experience and keeps getting worse The sales lady did not keep her word and with our warranty they aren’t fixing or getting back to us with what’s wrong with the car. Watch out for Service I bought a used Nissan Versa in August, the Saleswoman was fine, the Finance person was awesome but when I noticed bald, dried out tires during test d I bought a used Nissan Versa in August, the Saleswoman was fine, the Finance person was awesome but when I noticed bald, dried out tires during test drive, I told the Saleswoman that. I said that the tires need to be replaced. I was told that before I would drive it home, Service will do a complete check on the car & include the tires. They either didn't look at the tires & said they did or just figured I didn't know what I was talking about. Regardless, when I picked up the car the next afternoon, the tires were the same bald tires & I was told they rotated & balanced them & they were great. When I had a friend who is a mechanic look at them, he said the 2 in front tires were indeed bald & need to replaced now & the 2 in back were balding & I will need new ones before winter. So, I was ignored & even though I would have paid for the new tires, my request was blown off. So now I'm driving in a lot of rain with bald tires & I am all over the road. I should have had new tires put on & they could have charged me for them. I never asked for free tires! Clearly they don't know what an indicator bar is on a tire or figured I didn't because I am a woman. Needless to say, I am very angry. I put a lot of money on the car that I could have put less down as a down payment & put new tires on. A week later, I called & when I couldn't get her, I texted the saleswoman & told her about the tires & she said she'd forward my text the Service Manager but I heard nothing back. Now I am searching for decent tires for a decent price from a good place. Since I am not from here, I don't know the area well yet. All I heard while we were waiting was how they sold 1000 cars a month. They were recommended to me by several people but I will never use their Service Department nor buy another car from them again. I am a very disappointed they would let a customer who told them of the problem, still drive off on bald tires. In my eyes, very bad Customer Service. More
