I worked with Eric Due prior to them working on my car. He spent a lot of time explaining what the warranty covers versus what the extended warranty covers that we had purchased when we bought the car. He spent a lot of time explaining what the warranty covers versus what the extended warranty covers that we had purchased when we bought the car. He clearly explained what my options were in regard to some wheel shake I had when I brake. The waiting area is first class and the business center was a great place to work. Just wish it hadn't taken 4 1/2 hours. More
