I got there at 3:30 pm for an oil change. I left the Dealer at 6:30 pm. My advisor left and nobody told me my car was ready. I spent 3 hours waiting, the cashier was about to close and leave I left the Dealer at 6:30 pm. My advisor left and nobody told me my car was ready.
