When I made appointment, I advised the service consultant that I was going in for a recall, oil change and needed to replace a part. After waiting for 2 and a half hours, I was told that the recall piece (a that I was going in for a recall, oil change and needed to replace a part. After waiting for 2 and a half hours, I was told that the recall piece (a jack) was not in stock nor was the part that needed repair! They will call me when it arrives! What a waste of time and money! I could have taken my car elsewhere for a less expensive oil change! Only had it done there so I could resolve everything at the same time! More
