He went above and beyond to work with the rental car associations to make sure I had a car, even to the extent of staying late and offering to pay for an Uber (I couldn’t find my recent proof of car insurance, which he helped me with as well). When I wanted to get a diagnostic on all the electrical and other issues with my car, he recommend staring with a couple issue that once solved ending up taking care of the others. Instead of taking advantage of my lack of car mechanics, he ended up saving me money and he explained things in a way I could understand. He also responded to questions that did not directly involve his area such as how to get a car title. Make sure you ask for him if your got there and you know you will be given the greatest care!

I am a new customer and was able to get an early
appointment in an emergency. Eric was competent, professional and funny & the cashier (who made the appointment Saturday) was sympathetic.

Eric also knew my car, the 10 year old CMax SEL hybrid with which even other Ford dealers have been unfamiliar. I am proud of my union-made hybrid. When it reaches the end of its life I would consider getting my next car at Wayne Akers because of the super service.
Eric listened to my problem, asked relevant questions (“was this diagnosed”), did some quick research & moved me to the front of the line. He provided clear explanation (why dealer doesn’t usually install customer-provided parts), but understood my dilemma, and my need to get to Massachusetts and my 89 year old mom. The job was finished per the estimate, while I waited. Eric was interested —and interesting —about the unusual problem, a broken linkage to the driver side wiper motor. (Broken in a high wind). The part was on back order with no delivery expected and I had to call all over the country to find a part my brother picked up in person and shipped from NY state. Eric was enthusiastic at the end of the job, and apologized for being a little grumpy in the early am- that’s when he explained customer parts are often a nightmare.
I so appreciated Eric getting me on the road.
