We have bought from Wilde before and always felt like we were treated fairly! We just bought a brand new Honda civic sport. We went in hoping to compare between my options here and another dealership, once were treated fairly! We just bought a brand new Honda civic sport. We went in hoping to compare between my options here and another dealership, once we realized how much better we were treated we would much rather pay to buy from Wilde! I walked in asking for an appraisal and Brian O was walking out the door, he was very polite asking if he could help and he listened when I said my budget and what I was looking for! He was never pushy and very patient! He understood exactly why I was looking for, he understood I was a brand new with car buying being only 20 and respected that I was a young buyer and respected that I had parental support with all the paperwork! In the end we were deciding between a 2020 civic or the 2023, he never once pushed towards the new vehicle over the old he respected my budget and also helped with deciding what I need versus why I want! In the end we went with the 2023 and picked it up the next day! He got me what I asked for when selling my old civic and had very quick communication and responses! I’m sure there’s a couple things he could learn, but I really appreciate not being taken advantage of for my age! Erik helped us in finance and was very thorough with the paperwork, he was able to keep the payment down and Ickes gap insurance at a lower rate, once he knew I’d be driving the Beltline everyday he made sure I could leave with it on the car an all keep it in my budget! I really appreciate when staff is humble an honest, I understand commission but nobody likes to be pushed and pressured! The staff here are always fantastic and I couldn’t have shed for a more stress free sale! Thank you to all who helped! Amazing experience and I really appreciate all the help! More
