Great, Smooth Experience I moved to Madison just a few days ago with my girlfriend and needed to purchase a car for work. I already had a vehicle and budget in mind when arriving to Wilde East Towne Honda. Jeff Fox was my sales and leasing consultant and could not have been any more informative, kind and easy to work with. Not only did Jeff listen to our questions intently, but was able to respond to all of them without being pushy at all. Even nicer, Jeff went out of his way to give us a bunch of recommendations of things to do and places to visit in the greater Madison area. He was a true pleasure to work with. We dealt with Ken briefly the first night we were there as things were closing up. He was also incredibly kind and easy to talk to and laid out all the numbers in a way that made complete sense. We had to come back the following day just because the financing company had been closed at the time we were at the dealership. Jeff welcomed us again with even more recommendations and put us at ease as we waited for a finance rep to assist us as Ken wasn't in that day. Erik came out and again provided all the necessary information in a simple manner so we could make the proper decisions regarding the protections on our new vehicle. I could not recommend Wilde East Towne Honda enough and specifically all the employees we worked with. I am so happy to have bought my vehicle from here and am thankful for everyone that assisted during the whole process. More

Pretty good We went there to buy a used car for our college son since his broke down while traveling. We knew which car we wanted to see and Erik had it ready for We went there to buy a used car for our college son since his broke down while traveling. We knew which car we wanted to see and Erik had it ready for us to test drive when we arrived. We understood that it hadn’t been cleaned yet since it had just arrived. He apologized, but it was no problem for us. We decided to buy the vehicle. Since we were taking it home that night it wasn’t going to be detailed, but it was cleaned.....or so we thought. It looked ok, but once we arrived home and looked the next day we noticed a lot of junk in the car. They obviously did a quick vacuum and wipe down, but that was it. We were at the dealership for 4 hours, so there was plenty of time to do a better cleaning. We did contact them via email when we noticed how dirty it was, but never got a response. There were also a couple of other small issues that weren’t addressed, but not worth getting into. If this was based STRICTLY on the service we received from Erik, he would actually get a 10 out of 5! He was friendly and professional and most importantly not pushy! I would DEFINITELY do business with him again. The only reason this didn’t get a 5 overall was due to the time spent there and the car wasn’t even clean. I expected better than what we got and since we test drove it immediately and were paying cash, it shouldn’t have taken anywhere near 4 hours for the transaction. (My daughter bought a new car last night from a different dealer and financed it and we were only there for 2 hours and a lot more was done!) I would definitely shop there again, and without a doubt I would ask for Erik to help us. More

He walked me through the process, was never pushy and extremely helpful while considering my options. He made me feel so welcome to the community (I just moved from New Jersey) and I know I will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future for any car needs. I felt like both Erik and Karen were really looking out for me and cared that I got the best deal, that I was comfortable and informed throughout the process, and left happy with my decisions. I love my new (used) 2016 Honda CRV and would definitely recommend this dealership and these wonderful people to anyone and everyone! More
