I test drove two cars and they were each well prepped -- warm, clean, clear of snow. When I was struggling with a decision, not 100% certain about whether either option was 'the one' for me, she asked me a few more questions about what's important to me. And then lo and behold, she found a car that fit nearly everything I was looking for. That is a terrific salesperson! Great experience with Leticia and highly recommend her! More
