Jim was friendly, helpful, and truthful about the inventory and specs on the vehicles which I inquired about. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Jim introduced me to Brian who would be my salesman. One of the things which I appreciated about the entire process was the speed and effectiveness for the transaction. I do not like to be left waiting for long periods of time in the salesman's office cubicle while things are done in the inner offices. Brian did not allow that to happen. He was courteous, respectful, and moved quickly to get our transaction completed. I really appreciate the treatment which I received during the purchase of our Traverse. The bonus is now having the vehicle we wanted at the price we were looking for. Jim, Brian, and Tim, the Business Manager took great care of me during this process. The next day, the air conditioning malfunctioned but Erik and the service crew addressed the problem in no time and we had our car back in just a few hours. The situation was fixed and is working great. Great job all and thanks very much. More

Brought my Cruze in for an oil/ filter change, met by Erik & Sam w/a friendly greeting as always (I bought there & am a repeat customer). We checked to see if all the maintenance was caught up (I like that the information is on file in the system, makes it easier than trying to remember WHEN something was last done!), chatted a couple of extra minutes then I went off to look at some of the cars on the lot (Just eyeballing!) and chatted a bit with some of the salespeople (Bryon, Barry) while to car was being serviced. Even though I was on the premises for about 40 mins. (start to finish) it didn't feel like it because of the relaxed, friendly and professional atmosphere of the people there. The people at Advantage are a great group to work with! More

Well as life would have it (and the fact that I really ask alot of my suv with the work I put it through) my vehicle gave up. Sure the guys could have put her back on the road (for way less then I thought it would've been), but I decided it was time for a replacement. The sales staff is top notch in my book. Andre, Humberto and Tim listened to my needs, they found me a beautiful Equinox that wasn't more or less than I needed (including pricing and payments) completely hassle free and the wife loves what I drove home in, which earns the guys another five stars in my book. So if your looking buy a vehicle or get some mainenace work done, you should give Advantages team a chance to help you out. I'm sure you'll find it well worth it as I did. David Z More

I called on a Friday morning and asked if Erik Pieper could get me in for a major repair. He checked on availability of appointments, the price of the repair and said to come in. I also asked for a fro could get me in for a major repair. He checked on availability of appointments, the price of the repair and said to come in. I also asked for a front wheel alignment. Erik called later to tell me the price and that it would be ready in a few minutes. When I paid for the repairs, I had a coupon that came with their Christmas card. The lady who took my payment couldn't have been nicer or quicker. When driving home, my wife said it looked and drove like a new car. I know I have found a place to go for all my auto needs. More
