I purchased a 2021 Highlander Platinum vehicle from Heritage Toyota and the finance department Erika Hodge emailed ALL my personal information to another person. Beware your identity will be compromised and your information is out there in jeopardy of fraud for the rest of your life. The general manager Aaron Veerothai offered me a life lock plan protection for five years estimate cost value $1700, as long as I would sign a Release document to forever discharge/release any harm/claims that I might occur against the Dealer, it’s Officers , Directors, Stockholders, Employees, heirs, successors, etc. and that I would not speak of this incident to anyone. Bottom line my identity and the safety of my family is in someone else’s hands and it’s only worth $1700. from Toyota dealership. I was advised not to sign this release document. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP More

Unlike most experiences, there was no 'pushing' us to buy a newer more $$$ car, no haggling, no high press a car from Alex Kaftol at Heritage Toyota. Alex helped locate the car we were interested in (which hadn't even been fully listed yet), emailed us photos to make sure it was correct, drove it to their dealership for us to test drive, and had it fully detailed by the time we were done signing our paperwork. Such a smooth, stress-free experience! Erika in finance worked with our local Credit Union to give us the best loan on the car. And she honestly listened to us when we discussed the 'value' of adding a protection/service plan. This was the best experience we've had in so many years and we're loving our purchase. Alex was great, reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is because I purchased a 33,000 car and was only given a 1/2 tank of gas. I was not given the option to keep my hard tags and I was pressured into chang because I purchased a 33,000 car and was only given a 1/2 tank of gas.
