I usually don't like going to the car browsing because most sales people are pushy, intimidating, and pressure givers. But Niello BMW people were all so polite and they gave me and my husband plenty of privacy and time to think about what kind of car we wanted. Fatima was very attentive, kind, and patient. Even after we got our mini cooper EV, she gave us her cell # to call her anytime if we have any kind of trouble or questions. She was the best sales person we ever came across. Thank you so much Faitma! And thank you Erika, finance dept lady who stuck around with us way after shop was closed despite of the engagement she had else where that night More

Overall I had a great experience. Sales rep Gary was wonderful. Sean was really great explaining the features of the car. Only thing I would have liked is for the Financial rep to Sales rep Gary was wonderful. Sean was really great explaining the features of the car. Only thing I would have liked is for the Financial rep to have stated upfront (before starting the paperwork) what the dealer add on options were and the assoicated cost. I felt rushed and not enough time to decide when in the middle of signing the documents. Thinking back - I would not have opted for some of the add ons. More
